X7 Roofing Maintenance are a small family run roofing services business based in the vibrant & friendly city of Newcastle upon Tyne. We've been in the roofing industry for 26 years, specialising in roof maintenance on pitched and flat roofs so there's not many roofs we cannot fix.
From a simple roof/gutter repair to a complete roof/gutter overhaul we can offer competitive quotes.
We take photos of our work before and after the work has been carried out, then e-mail them to our customers as proof work that has been quoted for has been carried out to the highest standard. We provide a 7 day emergency roof repair service when humanly possible.
Through our 26 years experience in roofing we have found it is financially cheaper to prevent a leak then to cure a leak in the long run , that is why it is advisable to carry out routine maintenance to your roof and gutters before winter sets in.
